Troy Smith
Troy decided to team up with STANCE because he grew up in Cleveland and worked hard in school and in sports to make something of his life. He graduated from high school and college and became a Heisman Trophy winner and NFL quarterback. He now wants to spread the word about having self-esteem, self-worth and realizing your dreams. With some hard work and determination, you can achieve your goals.

- In 2007, founded the Troy Smith Foundation to help give back to the community
- Visits schools and youth programs, talking to youth firsthand about how they can succeed
